Talk about it. Discussing money matters is often considered taboo, but it's essential for financial health.

Understand what money is. Money is not an end in itself; it is a tool to achieve your goals. It doesn't define you, but aids in accomplishing what matters most to you.

Identify what matters to you. Have a clear understanding of what you're saving for. Be it short-term or long-term goals, knowing what you are working towards is crucial.

Visualise it. Visual representations serve as constant reminders of what you're striving for and can motivate you to align your behaviours with your goals.

Remember, it's not what you make, it's what you keep. The key to financial health lies not in the amount you earn, but in how much you save.

Be good to yourself. Understand that your self-worth is not determined by your net worth.
